Key points for starting up the spinning machine

1. Heat up the biphenyl to the set temperature 15-20 hours before driving.

2. 4-6 hours before driving, the temperature in each area of the screw extruder should rise to the set value, and the cooling water valve should be opened at the same time to adjust the flow rate to 25-35L/min

3. The green signal light on the control screen is on, indicating that the vehicle can be driven. Partially open the slice feed valve to allow a small amount of slices to enter the screw extruder. Start the screw extruder, gradually increase the screw speed, and then start the dry slicing

The feed valve and screw extruder speed control have been changed to automatic return of outlet pressure to adjust the speed.

4. If driving, install the discharge plate and discharge for 2-6 hours to flush out impurities in the pipeline. Switch the pre filter to switch from flushing the filter core to a normal working filter. Remove the discharge plate and install it that has already been preheated

1-3 hour metering pump. Before starting the newly installed metering pump, manually rotate it. If the conversion is flexible, the pump can be connected for pumping and the metering pump can be closed. Discharge material one by one for about 0.5 hours, turn off the metering pump, and install spinning components that have been preheated for more than 6 hours

Then turn on the metering pump, and after 20 minutes of the spinning component, the raw silk can be fed and wound.

5. If it is not the first time driving, there is no need to flush the melt pipeline and install the metering pump. After starting the screw extruder to normal, the metering pump can be started and the flow can be released for 10-30 minutes to install the spinning component.
