•This machine is suitable for spinning bi-component or multi-component composite 

• POY/FDY fibers(such as: T400/T300/T8/SPH etc.), which can be  divided into different forms based on the cross-sectional shape, such  as sea-island type, split-type, sheath-core type, and side-by-side  type. 

• It adopts two sets of high-efficiency and energy-saving screw extruders, driven by AC frequency conversion, with LTM pin screws.

• It uses two sets of melt distribution pipelines with static mixers and  continuous melt filters. 

• It uses composite spinning boxes with separate temperature control  for the two components, as well as a cooling valve and two sets of  metering pump drive systems with accurate metering planetary  pumps. • It uses top-mounted or bottom-mounted composite components  and various forms of composite spinnerets. 

• It uses high-precision internationally renowned brand frequency  converters and temperature controllers, with functions for setting,  temperature control, monitoring, and recording.
