2. Regular maintenance of polyester spinning machines

Minor repairs generally focus on cleaning equipment and inspecting the damage to various operating parts and wire guides; In addition to checking the cleanliness, major repairs also include checking the cleanliness and wear of the synchronous belt and synchronous pulley in the transmission parts; The wear and tear of the slot barrel, shuttle, slider, etc. when opening. Maintenance cycle: Stop for minor repairs every 2-5 weeks and major repairs every 1-3 months.

3. Maintenance of the hot box

Due to the fact that the spinning oil on the filament is heated and evaporated when passing through the hot box tube, a small portion of the components with lower boiling points remain in the hot tube. The formed dirt and coking will affect the heating effect of the filament, causing a decrease in the quality of DTY. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly remove it. The cleaning cycle depends on the fiber size of the processed silk, the operating speed of the machine, and the type and content of POY oil, usually 2-3 months. Regularly clean the wire guide in the strong hot box. Extract the tube from above, immerse it in 15% -20% alkaline solution and heat it. After cooling, remove it, wash it with hot water, and then dry it with compressed air. Check if the dirt inside the tube is clean. When cleaning pipes, be careful not to damage the pipe opening, inner surface, and other machine parts.

The wire guide tube in the second hot box should be cleaned regularly. Rotate the hot box to an inclined position, extract the tube from above, immerse it in 15% -20% alkaline solution and heat it. After cooling, remove it, wash it with hot water, and then dry it with compressed air. Check if the dirt inside the tube is clean. When cleaning the pipe, be careful not to make the pipe mouth and inner wall rough or flattened, to avoid damaging the pipe and rubbing against the processed threads.
